DocuTrack Xchange (Site License)

DocuTrack Office needs to be installed and licensed (rather than Freeware version) . This program offers the additional facility of allowing the user to create Archive Entries in DocuTrack from any other windows application - without the need to Print and then Scan - the currently open Document is then 'Xchanged' and a file and Archive Index are created in DocuTrack.The 'Site' license for Xchange is synchronized with the DocuTrack Office license and allows the same number of Concurrent users to access the system.
